Handover, complaints and withdrawal

Handover and delivery

For future projects, the handover method, any delivery arrangements, costs and estimated timing will be agreed in the individual offer. The website currently has no checkout, carrier selection or online payment. Production or service work will begin only after a valid agreement and its conditions are in place.

Withdrawal from a distance contract

If you are a consumer and enter into a distance contract, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within the period set by law. The period and its start date depend on whether the contract concerns goods, a service or another type of performance. Send an unambiguous notice to [email protected].

Exceptions may apply in cases specified by law, including certain goods made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. The exception does not automatically apply to every custom job or service. If a service is to begin during a withdrawal period, the legally required information and express request must be addressed in advance. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Sample withdrawal notice

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract concluded on [date] concerning [goods or service]. Name: [ ], address: [ ], email: [ ], date: [ ].”

Complaints and defective performance

Once a service is offered, report a defect without undue delay to [email protected]. Include your name, contact details, a description of the agreed work, the date of handover and the issue. Photos may be attached if they help explain it. A complaint may also be made at the place of business by prior arrangement.

Available remedies and handling times depend on the agreement and applicable law. Consumer complaints will be handled and the consumer informed within the statutory period, generally 30 days unless a longer period is agreed where permitted.

Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution

Consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. Details are available at coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr.
