Terms for inquiries and services

1. Provider

Jaroslav Kindl, natural person
Planned place of business: Šípková 824, 411 08 Štětí, Czech Republic
Business ID (IČO): pending assignment
Email: [email protected]
Phone: +420 606 881 093
Not registered for VAT.

2. Scope

These terms are intended to cover inquiries and any future agreements concerning custom 3D printing, business signage and displays, workshop jigs and organizers, photo figurines, lithophanes, 3D route maps and individually agreed IT services. The offer excludes toys, food-contact articles and parts for safety-critical, load-bearing or specially regulated uses. A consumer is an individual acting outside their trade or profession.

During the current test phase, no orders or service agreements are accepted or fulfilled. Website submissions are non-binding test inquiries only.

3. Inquiries and contract formation

Submitting the website form is a non-binding inquiry. It does not create an order, payment obligation or contract. Once the test phase ends and the provider is authorized to trade, a specific offer may be made by email. A contract would only arise after the customer expressly accepts that offer and the provider confirms it.

4. Price and payment

Custom printing and most IT services are quoted individually based on scope, source files, material, quantity and complexity. Indicative prices on the website are not a final offer for a particular job. The price, any deposit, payment due date and payment method must be agreed before a future contract is concluded. The website does not currently take online payments.

The provider is not VAT-registered; VAT is not added to the agreed price.

5. Customer-provided materials and rights

Before a future job is accepted, the customer must have the rights, licences and permissions needed to supply photos, 3D models, artwork, route records and other materials and to request the agreed processing and copies. A licence for a model must permit production by a third party, the requested quantity and the intended use. The customer must check restrictions such as non-commercial-use terms; owning or downloading a file does not automatically grant production rights.

For business signage, the customer must also be authorized to use and provide any supplied text, logos, trade marks and artwork. A customer declaration does not replace a licence or permission required for the particular material.

For photos, the customer must be the photographer or have permission from the rights holder to provide and process the image. If an identifiable person appears, the customer must have any permission or other lawful basis required for the intended use of their likeness; for minors, any authorization required from their legal representative. The form declaration does not replace a licence or consent required by law.

Materials and resulting models will not be used for advertising or public display without separate consent. The provider may refuse materials if there are reasonable doubts about the rights or lawfulness of the requested use.

6. Production and handover

For future work, timing, handover or delivery, and any delivery costs will be agreed in the individual offer. Production would begin only after a contract is concluded and the agreed conditions, such as design approval or a deposit, are met.

Layer lines, minor surface variation and differences between screen colours and physical materials can occur in 3D printing. A digital preview is indicative and may not show every feature of the final item.

7. Withdrawal from a distance contract

Consumer withdrawal rights depend on the type of contract and applicable law. The statutory 14-day right may not apply in cases set out by law, including certain goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. This exception does not automatically apply to every product or service. Services begun during a withdrawal period require the notices and express requests required by law.

8. Defective performance and complaints

Statutory rights for defective performance remain unaffected. Once services are offered, a complaint may be sent to [email protected] with a description of the agreed work, the issue and the preferred resolution. Consumer complaints will be handled within the applicable statutory period.

9. Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution

Consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, ČOI) for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. Information is available at coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr.

10. Final provisions

These draft terms are governed by Czech law. Changes will not affect contracts already concluded. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be excluded by these terms.
